Are you a Social Media Account Manager with experience managing accounts within finance, tech or fintech?  

We’re on the lookout for an established Social Media Account Manager to join an established global communications agency!

We’ve worked closely with the team over the years, they are an impressive, inclusive, and highly ambitious agency with a close-knit team. The business has a leading presence internationally, with 6 offices, spanning 3 continents!        

They offer a flexible hybrid working structure (1-2 days onsite) based out of their central London offices, near Liverpool Street.

Your responsibilities:

  • Launch a clients financial product into a new market with a focus on social media (primarily organic).
  • Social media management, content creation, community management, project management, and some paid social advertising.
  • Manage and optimize social media content calendar.
  • Liaise with various teams and freelancers for daily posts and community management.
  • Report on analytics and performance monthly.
  • Manage paid and organic content pipelines.
  • Ensure seamless content scheduling and calendarisation.
  • Write creative copy and work with designers for engaging content on various social media platforms.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages.
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media developments and trading industry trends.
  • Prepare client-facing materials (briefing notes, reports, content).
  • Involve in new business proposals and pitches.
  • Manage project timelines and workflows.

About you:

  • Experience within agency, working with financial services, financial technology. 
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.

Familiar with project management and communication tools.
