About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the role around your strengths and interests, as our client prefers a flexible approach over a strict job description. They need senior professionals due to a significant increase in workload from large clients, particularly across telecoms.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and growing the telecoms team
- Managing multi-jurisdictional and multinational accounts
- Client management with a focus on existing relationships rather than heavy new business development to start
- Contributing to strategic decisions and driving the agency's vision in the telecoms sector
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably from larger agencies
- For candidates on £120k-£155k, 15+ years of experience and experience leading divisions or large teams is required
- Experience in cross-border work, especially in Europe; North American experience is a plus
- Strong project management and case/client management skills
- Confident, outgoing, and ready for the next career step
- Ability to discuss career goals and strengths openly
