My client is looking for an experienced 360 sales professional to nurture clients and guide them through the sales process for investing in new property. You will need experience working in a client focused sales environment which focuses on building lasting relationships and providing expert advice on property investment
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to offer specialist sales advice on property investment
- Work with the team to establish new client relationships and grow existing clients
- Advise on the best in class property investments available
- Identify and chase leads to support business and sales growth
- Build long term relationships with clients by allowing them to achieve their goals in property investing
- Suggest strategies to help clients realise their goals
- Support your customers and be a client champion
Experience Required:
- Experience in a consultative 360 sales role is essential- Property, recruitment experience is beneficial
- Driven by surpassing KPI’s and targets
- A commercial mindset able to identify and chase new opportunities
- Strong understanding of customer experience and how to get the best for your clients
- Able to build trust quickly and offer great service
- Adaptable and able to change with market trends
- Able to form strong relationships quickly and effectively
