Sales Manager- Property Investment

  • £50,000 to £60,000 (£120k OTE)- Plus fantastic benefits

An experienced Sales Manager is needed to join and a high performing sales team and lead them to meet the companies growth targets. You will need experience of coaching, training and performance management and a have the drive and enthusiasm to bring the team along o this journey. Experience in working in property investment is key for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the and grow the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Coach, mentor and manage the investment sales team
  • Drive your team to hit their sales targets and KPIs- net calls, call times, call volumes etc
  • Build meaningful long lasting relationships with your clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and a quality customer experience
  • Track revenue targets, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Grow the sales team- Identify and interview new sales professionals to join the team
  • Mentor your team to ensure continued development of sales team
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to maximise campaign success

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a sales role within the property investment sector
  • Proven experience of leading and inspiring teams to hit KPI’s and sales targets
  • Able to motivate, coach, mentor and develop a high performing sales team
  • Determined to succeed in a fast paced environment
  • Use of Salesforce would be useful
  • Able to identify new channels to grow revenue
  • Able to form relationships quickly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
