  • Salary: £90K-£110K + bonus (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the role around your strengths and interests, as our client prefers a flexible approach over a strict job description. They need senior professionals due to a significant increase in workload from large clients, particularly in litigation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and growing the litigation and disputes team
  • Managing multi-jurisdictional and multinational accounts
  • Client management with a focus on existing relationships rather than heavy new business development
  • Contributing to strategic decisions and driving the agency's vision in the litigation sector

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably from larger agencies
  • For candidates on £120k-£150k, 15+ years of experience and experience leading divisions or large teams is required
  • Experience in cross-border work, especially in Europe; North American experience is a plus
  • Strong project management and case/client management skills
  • Confident, outgoing, and ready for the next career step
  • Ability to discuss career goals and strengths openly
