My client is a multi-award-winning inclusive creative communications agency that specialises in creating campaigns that progress societal issues. Their team is a perfect blend of journalists, creatives, production experts, and PR professionals, all collaborating to deliver impactful ideas for their clients.
About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will make a positive contribution to the agency and ensure they deliver results beyond the expectations of their clients with faultless service.
You will work closely with your Account Director and Account Manager/Executive as part of a dedicated account team on a portfolio of B2B, consumer and public sector clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the activity is always driven forward, consistently meets the clients’ requirements and is always delivered on time and to budget.
As well as taking responsibility for the more senior, strategic aspects of the account management role, you will also help to deliver the required PR and content activity, oversee the work of your Account Manager/Executive and support your Account Director in the planning and strategic direction of the account. You will work closely with your line manager to develop your new business, people management and commercial skills for your development and progression.
