The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for either a senior account executive or account manager to join a dynamic team on a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, starting in December. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-profile fintech and financial services clients, spanning London and the U.S. You will lead day-to-day client relationships, oversee media relations and social campaigns, and develop compelling content that elevates brand profiles in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide strategic communications guidance to fintech and financial clients.
- Craft engaging content, including bylines, blogs, pitches, and social media posts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, journalists, and key stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, offering valuable insights and counsel.
- Work with senior leadership to retain and grow client accounts.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in PR or communications, ideally within an agency.
- Strong background in financial services, banking, fintech, or sustainability.
- Established media contacts in finance and fintech sectors.
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
