PR B2B Tech Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Salary: £34k – £45k Depending on experience

About the Role:

Our client is an independent PR and content agency based in London, specializing in technology, health, and science communications. They work with a diverse range of global and emerging brands. Are seeking a media-savvy B2B tech specialist to play a significant role across a range of UK and international accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong UK media skills, exceptional writing abilities, and experience in content development. The focus will be on B2B tech, including networking, SaaS, cloud, and AI, given its prevalence with our clients and within our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and develop client programmes, PR activities, and high-level media and influencer relations.
  • Plan, create content, manage day-to-day media and influencer relations, and handle measurement and reporting.
  • Understand key competitor behaviour and strategize counter activities.
  • Lead and participate in new and existing business pitches.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within client organisations, including PR and marketing teams and key spokespeople.
  • Exhibit expertise in writing and developing effective materials and presentations.
  • Ensure the delivery of client results while supporting and developing team members.
  • Play a visible role across the agency to contribute to business growth and maintain a great workplace environment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience working on successful technology PR and content programmes within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong team collaboration and people skills.
  • Demonstrated client retention and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver value against client objectives.
  • Experience in crisis and issues management (desirable but not essential).
  • Ambition to help grow the practice with new clients, initiatives, and award-worthy work.
