The Role
As an Associate Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of an award-winning agency. From overseeing high-profile consumer brands to contributing to the agency's growth, this position is perfect for a seasoned professional ready to step up into senior leadership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Team & Financial Management: Manage a small team P&L and oversee team resources, capacity, and budgets.
  • Client Leadership: Provide senior strategic counsel across a portfolio of renowned brands, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional results.
  • Agency Growth: Lead on new business opportunities, pitches, and organic growth while actively contributing to the senior management team and agency culture.
  • Project Oversight: Guide high-quality work across multiple clients, campaigns, and cross-agency collaborations.
  • Optional: Support the growth of the agency’s social media division, leveraging expertise in strategy, content, and paid media.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years at a large agency, working with global consumer and lifestyle brands (preferably within the food, beverage, or alcohol sectors).
  • Leadership: A proven track record of managing teams, P&Ls, and fostering agency growth.
  • Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, cross-agency collaboration experience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Desirable: Hands-on experience in social media strategy and management.

Key Accounts You'll Oversee

  • Creative PR campaigns for well-loved household brands within the food and beverage industry, focusing on delivering impactful, large-scale activations.
  • Innovative projects for premium global lifestyle and spirits brands.
  • Ad-hoc creative initiatives for leading health and wellness brands.
