About the Agency
Our client is a dynamic, integrated communications consultancy. They bring together the best of both worlds – combining the experience of larger agencies with the agility and client-first approach of smaller firms. With a passion for making a real impact, they deliver standout campaigns for corporate and B2B clients. Their values are built on independence, trust, and a focus on solving client problems rather than selling unnecessary services. This approach has earned them long-standing relationships with some of the biggest names in the business.

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead some of their most exciting and long-standing client accounts. You’ll work on a variety of creative campaigns that span corporate, B2B, and ‘corpsumer’ communications.

In addition, there are opportunities to be involved in new business pitches and agency-wide initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple sectors, and is passionate about delivering outstanding results for their clients.

  • Proven track record in running successful campaigns and press offices for well-known brands
  • Strong media relations, content creation, and writing skills
  • Experience in leading teams, coaching junior staff, and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in financial services or technology sectors is a plus but not essential
  • Strategic thinker who can offer thoughtful, timely advice to senior clients
  • Ability to distill complex subjects into engaging, creative content

Benefits

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • Option to work from anywhere in the world for one week each year
  • Private health insurance
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Annual company trip
  • 25 days holiday + an additional 2 weeks after five years
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Regular socials, monthly team lunches, and early finish Fridays

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious communications professional looking to join a supportive and high-performing team in a Great Place to Work-recognised agency.
