Public Relations Account Director – B2B/Corp - Tech & Financial Services

The Account Director will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of client accounts while maintaining strong media relationships. They will act as a day-to-day lead for key clients, driving creative campaigns and delivering outstanding results.
- Salary: c.£50k-£60k depending on level & experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic counsel to senior clients, particularly in issues management and crisis communications.
- Develop and execute compelling media strategies, collaborating with junior team members to craft engaging pitch angles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, gaining insight into industry trends and media motivations.
- Lead on client briefs and projects, working alongside creative and strategic teams to meet objectives in the most impactful way.
- Contribute to new business development, including pitches and prospect meetings.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and resourcing to drive account success.
- Play an active role in fostering a positive and inclusive agency culture.
