NEW PR Associate Director Role | Health & Wellbeing/Purpose

I am working with an ambitious, award-winning PR Agency who are looking for an entrepreneurial Associate Director with a passion for breaking new ground and engaging fresh audiences through impactful marketing and communications.

  • Salary: Up to £75,000 + new business commission
  • West London. Hybrid (3/2)

About You

My client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Associate Director to lead the development and execution of their new health and purpose offering. This newly created role provides an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape and define this innovative initiative.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully creating and executing earned-first campaigns that resonate with both mainstream and underrepresented audiences. They will be proactive and able to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, integrated work.

Key to Note

  • This role will be 40% new business (lead generation/identifying prospects, networking, marketing and developing pitches) you need to be confident in this space.
  • Someone who is comfortable working across corporate or consumer as required.
  • Open to people whose experience is more in the purpose-campaigns/purpose-driven brand space.
  • If health pro, knowledge of the PAGB guidelines is essential.
  • Need to be a strategic thinker who is adept at writing strategies to help solve our client's problems. This shouldn't be at the expense of creativity.

Experience

  • 11+ years of experience with at least 3 in a senior/leadership role at a PR agency.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new leads and developing successful pitch decks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in organisation, research, writing, editing, and client interaction, while fostering teamwork.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with forecasting, budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage up by ensuring CEO has necessary and current information.
  • Exhibiting excellent communication, written and project management skills.
