What You’ll Be Doing:
Account & Integrated Campaign Management
- Take charge of multiple client accounts, driving growth and finding new ways to upsell services.
- Own and deliver big, bold campaigns and activations, plus manage press office duties and seeding.
- Accountable for managing team output and ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
- Build and maintain amazing relationships with clients and agency teams—become their go-to advisor.
- Bring your expert knowledge to the table, offering advice and insights to clients, the board, and your team like a true thought leader.
- Inspire and support your junior teammates, helping them grow, stay motivated, and promoting excellence.
- Keep the flow going by managing upwards, providing proactive updates, and always thinking one step ahead.
- Get creative with success and measurement metrics—find new ways to track and celebrate wins.
- Keep the ideas coming! Push creative boundaries to develop innovative campaigns, collaborating with strategists to create big, bold ideas.
- Seamlessly collaborate with the wider team and divisions to support a 360-degree offering.
- Proactive involvement in all relevant new business pitches (campaign ideas, deck management & live pitching)
Your Background
Professional
- You’ve got 3+ years of experience managing lifestyle clients at the agency level!
- You’ve successfully juggled multiple pillar clients, and you know how to keep things running smoothly.
- You have a solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, trends, and insights.
- The ability to pull a presentation together, creating and delivering them with passion and confidence.
- You’re well-versed in the sectors they work in and can talk passionately about this.
