They are open to Junior Account Executive, Account Executive and Senior Account Executive levels.

- Central London. Hybrid Working (3/2)
- Salary: c£25,000 - £32,000 (depending on level and experience) + bonus
Competencies include:
- Writing skills - from press releases, news announcements, feature comments / copy, articles, case studies securing media opportunities. Conscious effort on grammar, spelling, proof reading so right first time with a creative flair of engaging the reader
- Media & influencer landscape knowledge: circs, frequency, styles, content type, target audience, publishing cycles and deadlines. Identify between different sectors of the media: nationals, regionals, monthlies/weeklies, online, TV and radio and the differences between consumer and trade media for each client industry
- Social media landscape knowledge: background behind a channel (and new ones), how it works, its purpose, any audience data on use through to idea generation on content creation for channel type
- Community management: learn what works/ doesn’t in content calendar creation and observing engagement to develop future recommends
- Media pitching: Create and nurture relationships on a regular basis to develop a personal address book of contacts, connecting to their social feeds as well as regular reader/observer of their content and keep track of movements to update agency database of contacts
- Coverage opportunities: learn media pitching skills via phone and email, story development looking out for news opps to piggyback, set up regular media & influencer meets through to client briefings with media
- Client knowledge: develop understanding of client’s business and industry sector, major competitors as well as the campaign objectives and KPIs
- Idea generation: observe successful marketing & PR campaigns to help come up with proactive ideas from media angles, visuals and different PR tactics
- Meetings: Attend team meetings with full updates on progress with your actions, coverage status. Actively participate in client meetings – from prep (agendas / necessary reports), be able to ask clients questions about the business, and listen and respond appropriately to feedback , accurate note taking and client reports post
- Team player: strong interpersonal skills (in person, on phone, on email) – be approachable, proactive, friendly and upbeat
- Campaign reporting: coverage success as it happens, contribution to client reports with accuracy and error free, coverage tracking, social media analytics (traffic, engagement, follower figures)
