New Business and Marketing Lead

NEW BUSINESS & MARKETING LEAD

  • Location: London based
  • Salary: £65-70,000 + Bonus
  • Permanent- hybrid working
  • This is an urgent hire, therefore candidates available immediately on a temp to perm basis will be considered.

A multi-award winning, global communications consultancy is looking for a talented New Business & Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for raising the agency's profile across four key pillars:

  • Lead Generation
  • Pitch Project Management
  • Case Study Development/Management
  • Award Entries

This position will suit an experienced business development professional with a results focused approach, who is naturally well connected.  As a new role this is one to make your own so, a hard working self starter would fit this perfectly. Global agency experience would be useful but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, drive and grow the new business pipeline across the agencies key sectors
  • Create a sales and marketing strategy that will allow you to establish new business relationships with potential clients
  • Develop a system to track new opportunities for growth through research and analysing industry trends
  • Collaborate with the consultancy practices on response for pitch decks, meetings and presentations
  • Develop and manage the creation of credentials documents and suitable case studies 
  • Create and grow a database of prospective leads/clients
  • Design a new business activity report to track your leads and growth opportunities

Experience Required:

  • Previous business development and marketing focused experience gained within an B2B & B2C agency environment is essential.
  • Earned media or global integrated agency experience/knowledge is essential
  • Proficient in using Hubspot and sales management CRM's
  • A self starter who thrives in a growth focused environment
  • Able to work on your own or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time, planning and project management
  • KPI & results focused and able to establish and work to targets
  • Able to recognise opportunities to establish new client relationships as well as grow existing client relationships
  • Strong networking and business acquisition skills
