Membership Marketing Officer- 12 months, part time
- Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 (£22k-£25k)

A successful public sector membership organisation in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Membership Marketing Officer to cover maternity leave from the end of May 2025 to May 2026. This is a 12 month ftc working part time, 3 days pw
You will manage the day to day membership marketing, driving multi-channel campaigns to drive retention and enhance the organisations brand profile. Previous experience in a membership marketing role with a focus on retention will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality marketing campaigns to members of this organisation with the aim of increasing retention and brand awareness
- Work with the Product Marketing Manager and wider team to produce marketing plans for each campaign
- Create campaign marketing materials- branding, website copy, content, graphics and videos
- Drive marketing campaigns across multiple on and offline channels: website, email marketing paid and organic social media and print
- Manage the campaign success and make adjustments to ensure continued campaign success
- Report on the campaign’s success and ROI, feeding this back to stakeholders across the company
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a campaign led marketing role is essential- 3-5 years
- Able to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with membership/retention marketing would be useful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to produce quality copy across on and offline channels
- Analytical experience
- Experience with website management, email marketing, paid and organic media as well as print
- Comfortable working on a part time basis (3 days pw)
