Marketing Administrator
Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid – 60% in-office)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000–31,500 per annum, plus a generous benefits package

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their clients team for a 2-year fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent. You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, marketing, and event-related activities. This role combines customer service, organizational expertise, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support (70%)
- Manage customer queries via email and coordinate responses.
- Administer sales support, including customer accounts and meeting schedules.
- Maintain data and documents using a CRM system.
- Handle the ordering, packaging, and posting of electronic components or demonstration equipment.

Event Management and Administration (10%)
- Organize online and in-person events, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
- Coordinate travel, catering, and accommodation as required.
- Collect event data and manage feedback forms.

Marketing Support (15%)
- Update website content and social media platforms.
- Assist with the design and layout of news stories and promotional content.

General Administrative Support (5%)
- Provide ad-hoc support for team members and projects as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A-Level education or equivalent, with GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
- Strong administrative experience, excellent communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office and Teams).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience with WordPress and marketing activities is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
