Location: Northampton

Please note: this role is based near Northampton so will need a car to access the office. 

Hybrid Working: 3 days in office per week
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

Join a leading construction marketing agency as a Content Senior Account Executive and contribute your expertise to help clients across the sector engage and connect through high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As well as writing you’ll also be organising photo shoots, managing content calendars and working with the digital specialists to plan and measure social media campaigns
  • Produce a wide variety of content, including editorial pieces, blog posts, press releases, and social media content.
  • Create compelling narratives about the construction industry, translating complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content.
  • Work with clients to understand their messaging and content goals, and deliver effective, on-brand written materials.
  • Help shape content strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure high-quality execution of all content deliverables.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a car
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with experience across editorial, blog writing, press releases, and social media platforms.
  • An interest in the construction industry, with a curiosity to learn and write about technical subjects. Previous experience in construction is not required.
  • The ability to write engaging, clear, and concise content that resonates with different audiences.
  • A self-starter with a drive to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone to match various client needs.
