ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR- Digital and Paid Media, Healthcare Communications

  • £70,000 to £90,000 plus excellent benefits
  • Permanent position- hybrid working (3 days in the office)
  • London based

A multi-award winning, global communications consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Director to grow the digital channels across the healthcare communications division.  This is a core role within the company so experience driving growth and delivering quality results for healthcare clients in a global PR agency is key. You will need expert knowledge on paid social media strategies, influencer marketing programs and experience managing account teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead the digital communications strategies and campaigns for the key healthcare client accounts
  • Offer expert advise on paid social media strategies across key platforms- LinkedIn Meta, TikTok
  • Create and deliver influencer and advocacy marketing strategies across the healthcare sector
  • Close attention to detail and quality management of the client budgets. Ensuring profitability across the projects
  • Lead and coach the account teams, ensuring a consistently high level of delivery
  • Work with wider teams across the business to create meaningful content
  • Identify opportunities create new business and grow the digital healthcare division

Experience Required:

  • Significant experience driving healthcare communications within a global PR agency is key
  • In depth expert knowledge in paid social media strategy. You must also be able to get hands on with running the campaigns across major platforms
  • Demonstrable experience creating and delivering influencer and advocacy campaigns in the healthcare sector
  • A strong commercial understanding and experience managing account profitability
  • Strong leadership skills and confident leading and mentoring teams
  • Comfortable working with different stakeholders and teams across the agency
  • Up to date knowledge of digital trend in healthcare communications
