Associate Director – TMT - Corporate & Advisory Firm

Our client a global reputation management and advisory consultancy is looking for an entrepreneurial entry level Director with significant corporate reputation and strategic comms consultancy focused experience. Extensive TMT sector knowledge is required to work closely with the head of practice to work with a plethora of best-in-class global tech, fast growth and emerging tech firms.

Role Overview:
You will be a driven and ambitious technology sector-focused Account or associate director who wants to work with the most renowned tech companies across the globe. You will be providing an impeccable service to clients and assisting in establishing the businesses reputation internationally.
The role will support leading clients across multiple tech verticals, while also delivering corporate reputation and issues-management focused projects. You will be exposed to the highest profile communications situations in the market and be involved in driving new business in both the UK and across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating comprehensive messaging materials, communication strategies.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the client's business and being fully aware of their needs.
- Devising new business activities to build relationships across the whole tech ecosystem.
- Developing established media relationships across the tech and VC space.
- Continuously building upon your own knowledge and sharing your expertise with the team.
Job Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years of consultancy experience with deep knowledge of the TMT landscape from trends to policy and issues.
- A strong interest in current affairs and the wider business world
- Good knowledge of all major tech focused global and domestic events/conferences
- Excellent senior level media handling skills and contacts with vertical tech press and nationals
- Excellent corporate reputation management ideally from a top tier multi network or advisory & strategic communications consultancy
- Multi market experience.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
