Exclusive Search gives your hiring team the benefits of Contingency Search but with a more streamlined approach.

By cutting out any duplication and confusion, you work only with Premier for a set time (typically four or six weeks) allowing our consultants to dedicate time to screen and shortlist a wider and more ideal selection of suitable candidates who match your goals and culture. 

Retained Search is the best solution when a more strategic & detailed approach to recruitment is needed, or for highly discreet search. This time-tabled approach includes extensive market mapping to reach the most passive candidates,  provides you with exclusive candidates, and real-time access to your shortlist via our portal. Retained searches are our top priority, led by our most experienced consultants at no extra cost than a standard search.
