Sarah Dean

Sarah joined Premier with five years’ experience as a Senior Consultant within Marketing, Comms, Digital and Creative recruitment, as well as a 2:1 Degree in Criminology and Psychology.  

As a Managing Consultant at Premier, Sarah partners with B2C and B2B clients - both in-house and agency-side - working predominantly on a retained or exclusive service. Sarah's extensive professional contacts and ability to build strategic relationships are just two of the reasons for her continued success as a high-level talent advisor and search specialist. 

At weekends, Sarah has discovered a new pastime in 'castle-hopping' where she visits castles around the UK - her favourites include Warwick, Pembroke and Lincoln.
